- Advance payments are used for planning, resources, and execution and are non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
A refund may be considered only if:
- The service has not been started at all, and
- A written refund request is submitted within 48 hours of payment
Refund approval is solely at the discretion of The Arya Times.
3. Third-Party Costs
Payments made for:
- Domain registration
- Hosting
- Ads spend
- Third-party tools or platforms
are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services at any time, but:
- No refunds will be issued for completed or ongoing work.
- Monthly services remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
